Service
Atenti helps Shopify merchants review operational risks related to orders and inventory. The app displays risk signals and suggested follow-up actions inside Shopify Admin.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for reviewing Atenti’s recommendations and deciding what actions to take in their Shopify store. Atenti does not fulfill orders, contact customers, or modify Shopify order and inventory records on behalf of the merchant.
Free testing phase
Atenti is currently offered as a free MVP/testing version. Future Pro or paid functionality may be introduced later, but no charge is created by the current Plan screen.
Availability
Atenti is provided on a best-effort basis during the current testing phase. The app may be updated, interrupted, or changed as the product evolves.
