Atenti

Privacy Policy

Public information for merchants evaluating or using Atenti for Shopify.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Overview

Atenti is a Shopify app that helps merchants review operational risks, such as paid orders that may need fulfillment follow-up and products or variants with low inventory. This policy explains what information Atenti collects, why it is used, and how merchants can contact us about privacy questions.

Information we access from Shopify

Atenti uses Shopify APIs only to provide its core service. Depending on the permissions granted by the merchant, Atenti may read:

  • Order status and fulfillment information.
  • Product, variant, and inventory information.
  • Shop identifier and app session information needed for OAuth.

Atenti does not process payments, does not modify orders, and does not fulfill shipments. Actions such as “Atendido” are local Atenti workflow actions and do not change Shopify order or inventory data.

Information merchants provide directly

Merchants may send feedback reports through Atenti. Feedback can include a message, an optional contact email, and optional screenshots. These reports are used to diagnose bugs, improve the user experience, and prioritize product improvements.

How we use information

Atenti uses collected information to:

  • Detect and display operational risks inside Shopify Admin.
  • Store merchant settings such as language and risk thresholds.
  • Keep an audit history of local Atenti actions.
  • Respond to feedback and support requests.
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

Retention and deletion

Atenti stores app sessions, settings, risk records, audit history, and feedback reports for as long as needed to provide the service. When a merchant uninstalls Atenti, the uninstall webhook removes shop-owned Atenti data from the application database.

Merchants can request deletion or review of retained feedback by contacting us at gonzalotorres.dev@gmail.com.

Sharing and subprocessors

Atenti does not sell merchant or customer data. The app is hosted on Render during the current testing phase, and data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Security

Atenti uses Shopify OAuth and app sessions to authenticate merchants. Access is limited to the permissions required for the app’s stated functionality.
